FAQ

Questions that serious investors usually ask before they book.

This FAQ covers fit, onboarding, custody, pricing, and how the app fits after the consultation-led path begins.

Is Dharmartha for traders?

No. Dharmartha is built for serious long-term investors who want a calmer, more disciplined Bitcoin ownership path rather than a trading workflow.

Can I start directly in the app?

No. The first step is a consultation. Dharmartha uses that first conversation to help you understand fit, SIP size, setup, and custody before the app becomes your operating layer.

Why does Dharmartha talk so much about custody?

Because buying Bitcoin is not the whole story. For long-term investors, where it is held and how ownership is managed often matters as much as the buy itself.

Do I need to know self-custody before I talk to you?

No. Many investors begin with uncertainty there. The point is to move from confusion toward clarity and a better long-term setup.

Does Dharmartha custody customer Bitcoin?

No. Dharmartha’s public positioning is self-custody first. The service is designed to help customers move toward stronger ownership instead of leaving Bitcoin in a pooled custodian setup by default.

How are fees charged?

Dharmartha charges a percentage-based service fee on the SIP amount. The percentage reduces as the SIP amount increases, and the pricing page lists the current slabs.

Book consultation

Still uncertain? That is what the consultation is for.

The FAQ can answer the common questions. The consultation is where your situation, tradeoffs, and next steps get handled properly.
