Service scope

Dharmartha provides consultation-led Bitcoin ownership guidance, SIP-related support, onboarding assistance, reporting, and related customer support. The service is designed to help customers make better long-term Bitcoin ownership decisions with more clarity and structure.

No pooled custody

Dharmartha does not position itself as a pooled custodian of customer Bitcoin. Customers remain responsible for wallets, devices, recovery phrases, key material, and any other access credentials that stay under their control.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing instructions carefully, maintaining the security of their own accounts and devices, and using reasonable care with wallet setup, backup, and recovery information. Dharmartha may guide process and setup, but responsibility for assets and access remains with the customer.

No investment, legal, or tax guarantee

Dharmartha may provide educational guidance, operational support, and tax-related consultation context for transactions done through the service, but customers remain responsible for their own decisions. Nothing on this site or in the service should be understood as a guarantee of returns, a guarantee against loss, or a substitute for independent professional advice where such advice is required.

Communications

Dharmartha may communicate with customers through email, phone, messaging platforms, consultations, and operational workflows in order to coordinate onboarding, confirmations, support, and reporting.

Service changes

Dharmartha may refine, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. Pricing, workflows, and operational details may also change as the service evolves.

Limitation of responsibility

Dharmartha aims to provide the service carefully and in good faith, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or protection from all user error, market volatility, technical failure, third-party failure, or loss arising from factors outside Dharmartha’s reasonable control.

Governing relationship

Use of the website and related services is subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional operational instructions or service communications provided during the customer relationship.
